Animal Services Awards

Putnam County Animal Services was awarded two Certificate of Appreciation plaques from the United States Department of Agriculture.  The certificates were for “outstanding support” to the National Detector Dog Training Center for the allocation of two dogs, “Fresco” and “Festus.”
