Seasonal Grounds Maintenance

Putnam County Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified applicants for Seasonal Grounds Maintenance at Jimmy Davis Park. This position requires that the applicant be able to perform maintenance and grounds work within the guidelines of departmental regulations, applicants must have knowledge of techniques including mechanical repairs and be able to perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools. Applicants should possess the familiarity of safety requirements and regulations, perform athletic field and park maintenance, and proficiency in operating general outside maintenance equipment. This job will require applicants to work nights and weekends. This position will report directly to the Grounds Maintenance Supervisor at Jimmy Davis Park. The position will be from May 27, 2025, to mid-August 2025.
