Applications and Forms

For your convenience, we now offer online permitting for most applications. Please click the following link and follow the instructions below to establish an account and access our online portal.

Steps to Establish a GeoPermits Account
1. On the Home page, click (Signup), located in the top right corner of the page

2. Complete the Register New User Information and click the (Register) tab at the bottom of the page

3. A confirmation request will be sent to the email address used to register your account. Please go to your email and confirm the account.

4. Once you verify your account, you can then login to your account (top right on the home page)

5. After logging in, you will be on the home page. Select the Jurisdiction

1. a. State: Georgia

2. b. Jurisdiction: Putnam County, Georgia

6. This will automatically route you to all categories and applications.

7. Find and select your preferred Application to begin the process.

8. Please note that some required fields and document uploads (*)cannot be left blank or empty.

9. DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL IF YOU NEED ANY ASSISTANCE NAVIGATING THE SYSTEM.

10. Please see below for a list of applications that must be submitted manually at pdsubmittals@putnamcountyga.us or hand delivered to the Planning & Development Department.
