Code Enforcement

Section 38-10 of the Putnam County Code of Ordinances provides that:

The Putnam County Board of Commissioners shall from time to time, when necessary, hire and appoint code enforcement officer(s), whether part or full time to enforce the provisions of this Code. Said officers shall have the authority to issue and serve citations and to give testimony in any court having jurisdiction of the offense cited.
