Technical Review Committee Meeting

February 4, 2021 Agenda – Technical Review Committee

The Putnam County Technical Review Committee will conduct two preliminary plat review meetings on February 4, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. in the Putnam County Administration Building, 117 Putnam Drive, Room 203. The following agenda items will be considered:
1. Request by Sara Shirk, agent for Henry Property Group, LLC, for a preliminary plat approval for Phase Blue Heron Cove on Crane Lane. The proposed development consists of 5.03 acres and 37 Townhouses. [Map 102A, Parcel 051 currently zoned RM-2].

2. Request by Rick McAllister, agent for Seed Orchard, LLC, for a preliminary plat approval for Section H-Spirit Run, a continuation of Spirit Run in Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee. The proposed development totals 8.41 acres consisting of 15 single-family lots. [Map 103B, Parcel 100-10015 currently zoned RM-3].

The Planning & Zoning Commission meeting will be conducted pursuant and in accordance with O.C.G.A. Chapter 36-66.
