Adopt-A-Roadway Program

Putnam County administers an Adopt-A-Roadway Program for litter removal on county roads. The Program signs up citizen volunteers to help remove litter from county roads. This not only saves taxpayer dollars, but also provides recognition for participating companies and organizations, increases the public awareness of the environmental and monetary costs of littering, and promotes civic responsibility and pride.
