Address Application/Driveway Permit Application:

There is a $50.00 fee for the driveway permit.

There is no charge for an address.

IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR A DRIVEWAY ON A STATE ROUTE, YOU MUST APPLY FOR THE PERMIT THROUGH THE GEORGIA DEPARMENT OF TRANSPORTATION(GDOT). PLEASE CONTACT THE MILLEDGEVILLE GDOT OFFICE AT (478)247-9536 FOR PERMITTING INFORMATION.
